Affordable Rental Program

Bara Ex Nihilo Holdings, LLC (BENH) is an real-estate investment and property management company. We currently have properties located in New Jersey, Florida and Georgia. BENH’s mission is to provide homeownership in under privileged communities and to aid those  interested in purchasing their first property.

We have opened an annual application, Affordable Rental Program, to support applicants who need guidance in their homeownership journey. After a rigorous applicant process, BENH will select one applicant receive 1-on-1 mentorship from our founder, Maritza Guillaume-Emile, and their down payment will be matched by BENH.
